Submission Preparation
The submissions process requires the following steps:
- Authors must apply for registration.
- It is necessary to review the editorial policies before submitting a contribution.
- The rules for publication must be reviewed and followed, especially the general guidelines and the structure of the article.
- The manuscript must be submitted without the authors' names and email addresses (double-blind peer review policy).
- The author's form must be sent separately.
- Tables should be included in the manuscript in Word format and not inserted as images.
- The format of figures must be followed and sent with the indicated quality (300 dpi), and the jpg file and the editable file (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in which they were generated must be added.
- The letter of originality and transfer of copyright must be sent.
- The letter of assignment of image rights must be sent.
- The checklist of mandatory items for manuscript acceptance must be submitted in accordance with the article format or the updated review format.
Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines within 15 calendar days of starting the registration process will be removed from the platform.
Manuscripts will be assigned to the appropriate editor after the registration and formatting requirements have been met; they will then proceed to the peer review process. These stages will be visible on the platform to authors, editors, and reviewers (double-blind process).
